The Liverpool R&R Marathon went well. Very even pacing got us in at 4:13:00 followed by a minute stood at the 200m to go marker encouraging a few runners to use up any remaining energy to get across the line. I was amazed at how thankful people were with the pacers work, and had an amazing day. Running a marathon surely shouldn’t be that much fun!! View

I’m racing the Liverpool Rock & Roll marathon on Sunday. Slower time than I wanted (4:15:00) but I’m just happy to be doing it! It will be my third race as a pacer.
