Two marathons for me in 2016. I’ve just heard I’ve got my place in the Virgin Money London Marathon in April and in October I’ll be going for my target of 3:14:59 at the PlusNet Yorkshire Marathon (That’s if I’m lucky enough to get a place!) I’m hoping to do some more pace running for Xempo in 2016 too!

Got my first sub20 5K this morning at Grovelands ParkRun. Hoping for another PB in the Chingford League on Tuesday evening too!

It was great fun leading a group at the Beats1 5K run last night and it was great to meet the rest of the Xempo pacing team too! I can’t wait for the next pacing assignment!

I paced a sub-5hr group in the 2015 Virgin London marathon. A great experience and one I can’t wait to repeat at various different distances.
