    Ran the Severn Bridge Half Mara as the 2hr Pacer on August Bank Hols – lots of happy passengers on the bus
    Likewise paced the Newport Half Mara in March this year also.
    Paced Manchester Marathon to sub 4:15 ( unofficial ) for a first timer and my brother !
    Regularly Pace at Newport Parkrun and organise the Pacer Team for the first Saturday in the Month.
    Will be pacing 1:55:00 ( unofficially ) at CARDIFF HALF on OCT4th
